"For years, I’ve been on and off with my fitness journey, and after reflecting, I’ve discovered two flaws. 1, I’ve never tracked my progression. 2, I’ve had trouble staying motivated. This journal is addressing and (dare I say) resolving these flaws. I’ve seen other fitness journals advertised where all you do is track your workouts. This one does that plus it is packed with motivational quotes to keep me inspired and there are sections with prompts where I can honestly reflect on not just my workout, but myself too. The exercise bank is a wonderful addition too, as I tend to struggle with programming a workout. It’s truly a personal trainer in your bag, and I’m so glad I made this purchase!"
